Sustainability enhances rather than limits our products. For example, our aluminum chassis made from recycled materials is just as strong and premium-feeling as virgin aluminum.

Yes! Our devices are designed for upgradeability. On most models, you can upgrade:

Sustainability

When we say 75% recycled content, we mean that 75% of the materials in our products (by weight) come from recycled sources. This includes:

  • Recycled aluminum from post-consumer sources
  • Ocean-bound plastic diverted from waterways
  • Recycled rare earth elements from e-waste

The percentage varies by product; our EcoBook Pro achieves 80% while some accessories reach 85%.

Our take-back program is simple:

  • Request a free prepaid shipping label on our website
  • Send us any electronic device (any brand, any condition)
  • Receive store credit based on device value (up to $200)

Devices in good condition are refurbished and resold. Others are responsibly recycled with 100% material recovery. Nothing goes to landfill.

Yes. All our carbon claims are third-party verified by Climate Neutral, a nonprofit organization. Our carbon accounting follows the GHG Protocol, the international standard for corporate emissions measurement.

We offset emissions through verified carbon removal projects including reforestation, ocean conservation, and renewable energy development. You can read more about our specific projects in our annual Impact Report.

We partner with certified reforestation organizations that track every tree planted. Each purchase includes a tree planting contribution (typically 10 trees for laptops, 5 for tablets, 2 for accessories). You'll receive a certificate with GPS coordinates of your forest contribution.

Warranty & Repairs

Our 5-year warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Battery capacity below 80% (replaced free)
  • Display issues (dead pixels, backlight problems)

Not covered: accidental damage, water damage, unauthorized modifications. However, we offer affordable repair services for non-warranty issues.

Yes! We strongly support the right to repair. We provide:

  • Free detailed repair guides for all products
  • Spare parts store with genuine components
  • Video tutorials for common repairs
  • Recommended tool kits

DIY repairs do not void your warranty as long as they're done correctly. If you accidentally cause damage during repair, we offer discounted service rates.
